2. Defective or Damaged Products

• ? If you find any defect or issue during the initial inspection (in front of the delivery agent), you can return it immediately.
• ? Replacement: We will send you a fresh product at our own expense. You will not have to pay any extra delivery charges.

⚠️ 3. Exchanges After Delivery

• ? If you wish to exchange a product after the delivery agent has already left your premises:
• ? Delivery Charge: In this case, the customer must bear the delivery charges again for the return and re-delivery process.
• ?️ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
