o Our responsible representatives/representatives collect these products and deliver them to the customers at retail prices.

2. Replacement Policy

• Terms and Conditions of Replacement Products: If any of the following problems are found after receiving the product, you can accept a replacement product:

o The product is broken or torn.

o Product not working (Non-functional).

o Product not matching with the picture.

• Notification period: We must be notified within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Courier cost policy

• In case of customer change of mind: If a product needs to be replaced due to your change of mind, you will have to bear the courier cost.

• In case of nazmas.com's defect in the product: If there is a problem with a product by nazmas.com (e.g. broken, torn, defective), then the courier cost will be borne by nazmas.com.
