Nazmas.com: Seller Policy

This policy applies to all sellers listed on the Nazmas.com platform. Every seller must fully agree to and comply with these terms and conditions before selling products through Nazmas.com.

1. Product Listing Standards

1.1 Product Authenticity and Quality

  • Sellers must list products that are 100% authentic and meet the described quality standards. The sale of counterfeit, fake, or illegal goods is strictly prohibited.

  • Products must be safe for use and comply with all applicable local safety regulations.

1.2 Accuracy of Listing

  • Product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information must be accurate and truthful.

  • Products  image must genuinely represent the seller's actual goods and clearly display the product's condition.

1.3 Pricing

  • Sellers will determine the wholesale price of their products, which Nazmas.com will then supply to customers at a retail price.

  • Sellers are encouraged to set competitive prices that are consistent with the market.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

2.1 Order Acceptance

  • Upon order confirmation, the seller must prepare the product within a specific timeframe (as determined by Nazmas.com).

  • Cancelling an order when the product is in stock may negatively affect the seller's performance rating.

2.2 Packaging and Handling

  • Products must be adequately and securely packaged to protect them from damage during courier transit.

  • If Nazmas.com branding or logos are used on the packaging, they will take precedence over the seller's own branding.

2.3 Delivery and Logistics

  • It is the seller's responsibility to coordinate punctually with Nazmas.com's logistics team or delivery partners for product collection.

  • The seller must ensure that the product prepared for supply matches the listing description exactly.

3. Customer Service and Returns

3.1 Customer Satisfaction

  • Nazmas.com places the highest priority on customer satisfaction. Sellers must assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues quickly and professionally.

3.2 Returns and Replacement

  • Sellers must adhere to the Nazmas.com Return Policy regarding the return and replacement process.

  • If a return is initiated due to a product defect or a discrepancy with the listing, the seller must accept the faulty product back and supply a new replacement product.

3.3 Customer Reviews

  • Sellers are encouraged to ensure a positive customer experience to maintain high ratings. Manipulating or using dishonest reviews or ratings is prohibited.

4. Platform Use and Code of Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Goods

  • The sale of all prohibited goods, as per Bangladeshi law and Nazmas.com policy, is strictly forbidden. This includes weapons, narcotics, live animals, and products infringing on copyright.

4.2 Data Usage

  • Customer contact information or any other data obtained from the Nazmas.com platform may be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Use or sharing of this data for any other purpose is prohibited.

4.3 Seller Performance

  • Nazmas.com will regularly evaluate seller performance, which includes order cancellation rate, delivery time, and customer reviews.

  • Poor performance or violation of this policy may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the seller's account from the platform.

5. Policy Amendments

Nazmas.com reserves the right to amend, change, or update this Seller Policy at any time. Sellers are encouraged to review the policies regularly.
