The collection and final delivery of products are managed responsibly by our dedicated team of representatives and reliable delivery partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

2. Product Delivery and Delivery

We deliver products through the most secure and reliable courier services in Bangladesh such as: Sundarban Courier Service, REDX, Pathao Courier, and Steadfast Courier.

The delivery time may vary depending on the type and location of the product.

After order confirmation, all information regarding the shipment of the product is communicated to the customer via phone/SMS/e-mail.

3. Color and Image Display

We try to display the product images in such a way that the color of the product is close to reality.

However, due to differences in display settings of different devices such as computer monitors/laptops/tablets/mobile phones, the color you see may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Price and Informational Errors

If there is a picture error, typo, or technical error in the price displayed on the website, Nazmas.com reserves the right to cancel the order based on that incorrect price.

After the order is confirmed, shipment is initiated according to the availability of the product.

Payment methods can be online payment or cash on delivery (COD).

Any changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed will be made in accordance with Nazmas.com's policies.

6. Product Acceptance and Return Policy

After receiving the product, you will have the opportunity to change the product (Replacement) in case of any of the following problems:

Broken or torn product

Product not working

Product does not match the picture

In these cases, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If the product is wrong or damaged by Nazmas.com, Nazmas.com will bear the courier cost.

However, if the product is replaced due to a change in the customer's personal preferences, the customer will have to bear the courier cost.

The color or appearance of the product displayed on the website may differ slightly due to photography.
